    TThese rules apply to all products unless otherwise noted, and apply in the continental USA only. Orders for shipments to HI, AK, PR, Guam and international destinations MAY incur extra charges; these charges will be described in detail to customers before being shipped. Most items ship the same or next day after you place your order.

    Return Policy: If your product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, we will replace the product for you at no charge. Note: Due to the high cost of shipping to HI, AK, PR and other destinations outside the contiguous 48 United States, we will not assume responsibility for the shipping costs involved in replacing defective merchandise from these locations.

    Refund Policy: If a refund is requested, we will issue a credit on the credit card that you used to purchase the product. If you paid with a check card, cashiers check, money order, or personal check, we will issue a company check as a refund. All refunds will be given out within three (3) working days of the return of the product. No refunds will be issued until the product is returned to Vacuums Unlimited. Products must be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase.
